1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Hrs mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Hrs App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

4. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Super Duper and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. App Store Terms

These Terms are between you and Super Duper only, not Apple, Inc. (“Apple”). The Hrs App is provided by Super Duper, not Apple. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for the App or its content.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Duper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
